Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00 – 16:30)
Description:
60/40 Hospital/Outpatient split. Outpatient includes hands/upper extremity. Hospital includes general rehab. Adults of all ages.
Required:
• MN OT license
• Epic experience
• BLS
MN OT License info:
• MN OT license Temp: Will issue within 5-10 business days of receiving NBCOT and license verification (can issue sooner). Fingerprint results are NOT required for the temp to issue.
• Perm: Allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Background check results alone can take 3-5 weeks to receive.
