As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

• EMR: EPIC
• NBO: 16 hrs
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back:  1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: ***/hr
• Charge/Precept: ***/hr

OT billing:
— if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
— if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs

• Avg. caseload – We average 35-50 cases per day.  Our expectation for turnovers is less than 20 minutes.
• Special equipment – We have 3 Davinci robots, we use Stealth technology for Neuro navigation and we use primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma.  We don’t do many ortho joints. 
• How many suites – We have 16 OR’s.  We run from 12-14 routinely.  As a level 1 trauma center, we reserve space for traumas.
• Service lines –  Cardiac/ PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants.  We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures. 
• Scrub or Circulate – both would be preferred.
• Other – the call for weekends is from end of shift on Friday until 0630am Monday.
