CLIENT WILL NOT PEND ANY CERTS: BLS, ACLS AND NIHSS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD – NON-NEGOTIABLE
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds, depending upon Unit
Patient Ratio: 1:6, typically
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
Non-billable Orientation: 8hrs
OT and Holiday Multipliers: 1.25%
