Limited RTO preferred. No more than 5 days. 

EMR: McKesson
Patient ratios: can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift.
Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric 

 Additional Details: 

• Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients
• Outpatient setting with ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload.
• This position will cover shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy.
