Ability to read, speak and understand English. Ability to write legible and correct English grammar. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, share correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence, Ability to effectively present information to residents, visitors, volunteers, licensed nursing staff and other employees of the facility. Ability to use basic computer skills (i.e. check emails, open attachments) and document in the electronic health record.
