Non-billable orientation: 8hrs
Call, OT, Holiday Multipliers: 1.25%
Call: ***/hour 2hr gt
6-7 call shifts per month
Which is every 4th or 5th weekend-
entails Friday afternoon until 0630 Monday morning, so this would be 3 of the
total days. The remainder of would be individual nights from 5pm to 630
am.
