Job Description:

Talent Associate Partner
As a Client’s full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the North America Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with Sales backgrounds. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is remote in the US.

What You’ll Do:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
· Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
· Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
· Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Client’s requirements, culture, and values.
· Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Client’s and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
· Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
· Support Client’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
· Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

The Experience You Have:
o 3 years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner
o Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
o Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Skills:

· Strong sourcing techniques
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
· Influencing and negotiation skills

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree and 0 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience
