Shift: 5x8s, 11pm-7:30am , No block scheduling
Call Requirements: N/A
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.

Locals accepted: Yes – locals preferred. Mileage radius for local resources is 75 miles from the facility. Local BR is *** less than posted BR.
