BLS REQ: Preferred
Is on-call REQ? Yes – 2 weekdays evenings and every 1/3 weekend day (rotating Sat/ Sun 24hr Call)
Floating Req: Yes, to Help with cases in OR
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at the time of submission
Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per every two week pay period
