8-4:30 or 8:30-5

Preferred skillset:
Complex Discharge Planning, hospital d/c planning preferred
Conducting Psychosocial Assessments in an Emergency Department
Inpatient Hospitalization Experience and Interdisciplinary Team
Leading Social Work Groups
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Licensure Oregon CSWA
Must have experience with SPMI population, preferably geriatrics
Discharge Planning Experience
Understanding of the NMI Process (NMI, 14-Day Diversion, Civil Commitment)
