Registered Nurse/Operating Room

Position / Specialty: RN Operating Room
Shift: 4x10s 12p-10:30p, No block scheduling
Call Requirements: One shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday, 7A-7P or 7P-7A. There is no week-day call.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Years of experience REQ: Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in the OR
Required Experience: Level 1 Trauma Experience; RN must have strong scrub and circulate skills in Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro
Preferred Experience: scrub experience in all other areas
Certs REQ: BLS
Locals accepted: Yes -locals preferred. Must live within 75 miles of the facility. Local rate is *** less than the BR.
