Day 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)
Description:
1ST TIMERS OK – LEVEL 3 or 4 – CHARGE NICU RN – Req 9341
Will position float between units: No
Is on-call required? Yes standby when not needed on unit
Are weekends required? Yes variable and rotating
Are block schedules required? Unknown
What are expected ratios? 1:3
Special requirements: Level 3 or 4 NICU experience
Are 48 hours approved: No

*** Please note, it’s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets
*** Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.
Facilities:
Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
*Note for Seaside floating only – If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive ***/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement.
If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.
Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
