Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

Description:

**Providence will be strictly enforcing the policy for NO artificial nails as well as nail length cannot extend more than 2mm beyond the end of the finger. Please make sure you are following this protocol as they will be monitoring this closely.*

This is an Earning Power Contract!

*8 week contracts are accepted

Each week candidate will need to provide 5 days of availability with 2 days over the weekend and ensure they are confirmed and work 3 of those days. If they provided 5 days of availability and picked up 3 shifts but any of the shifts were canceled, it is candidates’ responsibility to work to pick up another shift till 3 shifts are worked. If attempts were made to pick up shifts, shifts were canceled or no shifts were available to be worked in those 5 days candidate would be paid the 24 hour guarantee. Candidates can provide the other 3 days of availability for any day they prefer. Facility has up to 2 hours to confirm/cancel shifts. The candidate’s schedule will be managed through the *** per diem program.

The clinician will be scheduled with our per diem staffing team a minimum of 2 weeks out NOT the client.

The client, through the per diem program, has the ability to request shifts up until 2 hours before the shift begins. Candidate is required to actively monitor their app for confirmation, cancellation and rebooking options

First and last week are not guaranteed, as well as any weeks where the clinician has RTO??

Floating to less or like specialties where qualified will be required. This includes at the clients request while on the floor and If there are no shifts for candidates contracted specialty but there is a lower acuity shift within the candidate’s availability the expectation is that candidate works, it.?

3×12: Each week candidate will be booked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If any of the shifts were canceled, it is candidates’ responsibility to work to pick up another shift till 3 shifts are worked. If attempts were made to pick up shifts, shifts were canceled or no shifts were available to be worked, candidate would be paid the 24 hour guarantee. ??

**PLEASE NOTE- Target start date is 1/6 . It will take a minimum of 4 weeks to complete compliance, full file MUST be completed BEFORE access can be established, access takes 2 weeks to gain.

**Weekend availability is REQUIRED**

Requirements
– 1 years of experience
– AHA BLS
– Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
– Epic experience required, 3s/4s
-Will float to less or like units when needed where qualified, including ortho where the pace is fast. Candidate will only practice within their scope when floated

– There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working.

• Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work
