Registered Nurse/ER

Job Description: Responsible for providing direct patient care to specific patient populations effectively using the nursing process – Assessment, Planning, Implementation & Continual Reassessment – as the foundation for care delivery. Serves as a patient advocate; effectively coordinates care and continually promotes safety and clinical / service quality in daily practice. *This position will be a TRUE FLOAT position; traveler will float 100% of the time*

Requirements:
– CA RN Licensure
– BLS (AHA)
– ACLS
– PALS
-NIHSS
– 3 years of experience

Shift: 3 x 12 Nights 1900-0730; may be scheduled for Days as needed; weekend rotation and on-call required

*CPMC RN will be a true full float position- CPMC Van Ness, CPMC Mission Bernal, CPMC Davies.*
Each campus is about 15 minutes from each other, and there is a shuttle transport across the campuses. It will be very rare that a traveler will float mid shift. They may be scheduled at a different campus for each shift though. Travelers will be notified 2 hours prior to their start time where they should report to.
