Registered Nurse/ER

Shift: Day 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)
Day 3×12-Hour (11:00 – 23:00)

Description:

Job Description: The staff Nurse provides direct care to patients using the nursing process of assessment: planning, implementation and evaluation, so that the physical, psycho-social, safety, rehabilitative and learning needs of patients and their families are addressed. This function is performed in association with nursing peers and co-workers, attending physicians and allied support services. This position is responsible for managing care of assigned patients and directing the activities of the ancillary staff.

Requirements:
-BLS (AHA)
-ACLS
-PALS
-NIHSS
-2 years of ER experience
-CA RN Licensure

Shift: 3 x 12 variable days; 0700-1300 starts (either 0700, 1100 or 1300 start times)
Rotating weekends, no on-call requirements; 36 hours weekly w potential for 48s if census permits
