•Years of experience REQ: 2-year acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination/Discharge Planning
•Weekend REQ: typically one full weekend per 4 weeks, subject to dept. need
•CA state license: Yes
•Pending License accepted: Yes, but must be licensed upon start date
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
