Unit Description: This position will be supporting complex case across the system and patients in the community (virtually). They may need to float between offices in Emeryville and SF, but will be primarily virtual.

CA License
Inpatient CM Experience
Shift Details: 5x8s – 0800-1630; float to SF and Emeryville offices as needed
