Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00 – 17:00)
Description:
RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year; we are a busy 3 linac site with all Varian linacs (True Beam, Halcyon and 21iX. We have Siemens CT simulator.
Traveler Experience: Unit accepts 1st time travelers

Skills: Adult Outpatient, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, Benign Brain Tumors, Craniospinal, Gynecomastia, Heterotopic Bone, IMRT – Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, Keloids, Prophylactic Treatments, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Superior Vena Cava, ARIA, TrueBeam, Chart check, Isolation Precautions, Radiation Safety
Certs: ARRT T, BLS
JOB DETAILS:
Avg Daily Census: 110 pts/day, 3 linacs and one CT sim
Shift: 0800-1700 (5×8’s) ***Sometimes we flex start times due to volume changes.***
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): SBAR, Pyxis
UNIT ORIENTATION: Orientation is per machine and therapists always work with a partner.
