Shift: Day 3×12-Hour (08:00 – 20:30)

Description:

### RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ###

**This position requires the candidate to be competent in peripheral IV insertions**

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers

Skills: EPIC, McKesson, Exp. with adolescents, adults and geriatrics, Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU, IV Starts, Contrast. CT procedure Exp: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Aspirations/Biopsies, Colonography, CT Arthrography, Drainage, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction, Client, Siemens
Certs: BLS, ARRT (CT)

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Exp. with Neonates, peds, infants, Level I Trauma, Community Hospital, Biopsies, Myelography, Radiation Therapy Planning.

JOB DETAILS:
Shift: 12HR DAYS 08:00 – 12:30 Friday, Saturday & Sunday
36 hours can be offered.
Will accept 13 week contracts.
Call Requirement: NONE.
Float Requirement: NONE.
Weekend Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: 1 bed community hospital with two CT scanners located in close proximity to the Emergency department. The HMC CT department performs a variety of exams to include but is not limited to general scans, biopsies/drains, cardiac imaging, radiation treatment planning, and scans for research. The department is currently under construction and has a fixed Siemens Definition 128 and a mobile Client Optima 64 slice scanner.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: McKesson

UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC

UNIT ORIENTATION: Approx 64 hours – 3 days – Corporate and 1 week-Facility/Precepted; Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.

SCRUBS: Royal Blue
