Shift: Day 4×10-Hour (07:00 – 17:30)

Description:

### RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR ###

***MUST SCRUB***

***MUST be proficient with TAVRS, peripherals, Watchman, and Mitral Clips***PLEASE VET BEFORE SENDING!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years’ Experience
Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Traveler
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
**Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Skills Required: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Cardiac Stent Placement, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion, Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR) & Watchman
**Neurological Studies/Procedure Skills Required: Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy
**Vascular Studies/Procedure Skills Required: TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair)
**Procedural Responsibilities Skills Required: Accurate monitoring & Scrub-Maintain sterile field
**Other Skills Required: Telemetry, CTO, Mitral Clip, Peripheral & Structural Heart
Certs: ACLS, BLS, must have at least one: RCIS OR ARRT

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
*Skills: Circulate, IV Start, Conscious Sedation, Rhythm interpretation
*Cath Lab Procedure Experience: ASD Closures, Septal Closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement
*Electrophysiology Studies: Cardiac Ablation,
*Abdominal and Pelvic: Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement
*Procedural Responsibilities: Room circulator
EKG Settings & Experience: Rhythm Interpretation
Certs: AART R, ARRT Advanced Cert

JOB DETAILS:
TARGET RATIOS: 3 Rooms
SHIFT: 40 HOURS
Unit will accept 13 Week Contracts!
10 HR DAYS 4 x 10 HOUR DAYS, 07:00 – 17:30, Monday-Friday
Call Requirement: With Callback and Weekend Call Required
*Call is one day a week, one weekend per 4 weeks schedule. And the number can fluctuate if a someone calls out sick.
Float Requirement: Floating could be required but would be rare (if traveler ever had to float, it would be to EP, but that rarely happens. Unit has a pt holding area inside of the Cath lab traveler may have to go to on occasion. But it is part of the Cath lab.)
Weekend Requirement: With Callback and Weekend Call Required

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Some of the more complex procedures that we perform in the lab:
Complex PCI’s
Laser atherectomy
Peripheral vascular interventions
PFO/ASD closures
EKOS
Impella
IABP

UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC, MAC Lab

SCHEDULING TYPE: 10 Hour Shifts, Monday – Friday

SCRUBS: Provided
