TEMP to PERM – 8 weeks. extensions likely.
LOCATION: 800 Walnut Street. 12th Floor, Phila 17107
SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-430-pm
RESPONSIBILITIES: call center representative for obstetrics and gynecology, Knowledge of women’s health is preferred, this individual would be primarily responsible for taking inbound calls, and scheduling the patient or routing a message to the appropriate pool. Secondary duties include outbound calls to schedule or reschedule appointments, confirm appointments, update insurance and coverage for front desk reps.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: EPIC experience preferred.
INTERVIEW DETIALS: Virtual on camera via TEAMS
TRAINING: 4 day, 32 hour EMR training (Tuesday through Friday.)
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Screening questions: Is the candidate a former *** employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency?
After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of contract being cancelled.
