TEMP –13 weeks. Could turn into a perm opportunity based on practice needs and performance
LOCATION: 1020 Laurel Oak Road, Suite 102 Voorhees, NJ 08043
SCHEDULE: Must be able to work core hours as follows. Individual schedules will vary based on operational needs but at least 1-2 evening shifts per week and every couple of Saturdays. Schedule will be provided to clinician in advance.
Mon-Tues: 7:45am – 6pm
Wed -Thurs: 7:45am – 7pm
Fri: 7:45am-5pm
Sat- Every 2 or 3 weeks: 7:45am-12pm
Must be able to work opening shifts and two closing shifts Monday through Thursday and some Friday closings.
PSA opening shift: 745a-415p Monday – Thursday
PSA closing shift: 9:30pm-6pm Monday / Tuesday, 10:30am-7pm Wednesday / Thursday
RESPONSIBILITIES: Front desk: meet and greet patients, check in and out, schedule appointments, operational support, answer incoming appointment calls etc.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: EPIC experience preferred. High level of customer service/focus, adaptably, resilient, team oriented.
INTERVIEW DETIALS: Virtual via teams on camera
TRAINING: 32-hour EMR training onsite during first week of work.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
· Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration.
· Screening questions: Is the candidate a former *** employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency?
· After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens
