Operations Support Specialist

Job Duties• Works across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs to help support field operations.• Support operations and capital workloads and projects within an office setting:o Monitoring workloads to satisfy customer service requests and compliance requirementso Analyzing data and forecastingo Creating work orders and assigning to field personnelo Updating of company systemso Direct line of support to field personnelo Coordinating with shop management• Navigates and utilize various customer information and operational systems to input, update, and change customer or system related information. Minimum Qualifications:• 5 years – Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)• 5 years – Identifying and implementing solutions to problems.• High School Diploma, HSED or GED Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate must exhibit the following:• Ability to provide excellent customer service• Exceptional communication skills• Ability to multitask• Self-motivated but also works well within a team
