Position Summary
Sutter Senior Care PACE is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to support a contract cleanup project. This role will focus on reviewing, reconciling, and updating contract records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and centralization of documentation. The position requires strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working with multiple systems and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile internal contractor lists with data in the contracting platform.
Review contracts to extract and validate key fields (status, dates, terms, vendor information).
Update and maintain platform data to establish a single source of truth.
Cross-reference data and flag discrepancies or items requiring decisions from Legal, Finance, or management.
Collect and upload missing vendor documentation (e.g., COIs, licenses, training verification).
Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Operations) and, when needed, external vendors.
Support quality review, renewals, and ongoing updates as needed.
Required Qualifications
Proven administrative experience with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage detailed data and documents effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with contract review or management.
Familiarity with i-Certis or similar contracting platforms.
Background in healthcare administration or compliance.
