LOCATION: Local candidates only – 3737 Market Street, 10th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19104
SCHEDULE: Mon-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with 30-minute lunch
RESPONSIBILITIES: Medical Records Clerk: Scan and index documents. Retrieve and disperse incoming faxes. Retrieve and disperse incoming mail. Send out outgoing mail. Send faxes out. Triage medical records' requests. Retrieve records from external organizations. Manage EPIC inbox messages. Manage voicemail messages. EPIC and OnBase experience highly preferred.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration.
Screening questions: Is the candidate a former *** employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency?
After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the agency with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. Right to represent should be included in the submission packet.
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
