LOCATION: Perlman Center – 3400 Civic Center Blvd. 4th Floor West Pavilion Suite 4-900W Philadelphia, PA 19104.
Busy ENDO, Diabetes practice. See 500-700 patients per week. Busy days are Mon-Tues-Thurs. Previous experience in fast paced, large practice setting is requested. MA will work with 5/6 Providers. Must be ready to be busy and adaptive! EPIC experience preferred.
SCHEDULE: M-F is 7:30-4:00 with 30 minute lunch
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Medical Assistant (MA) assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of high-quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets. The MA provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Along with MA duties, this person could be asked to do front desk duties several weeks into contract.
INTERVIEW DETIALS: Virtual on camera via TEAMS
TRAINING: 4-hour PennChart on Fridays
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Screening questions: Is the candidate a former *** employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency?
After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of contract being cancelled.
