Position Summary:
We are seeking a temporary MRO Clerk with strong SAP skills to support our logistics, procurement, and maintenance teams. This role is responsible for accurately processing maintenance and repair transactions, managing inventory and materials data in SAP, and assisting with backlog reduction to ensure smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update MRO data, materials, and work orders in SAP.
• Process procurement requests, receipts, and issue tracking for maintenance-related materials.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and supplies inventory.
• Support maintenance planners by ensuring timely and accurate work order documentation.
• Generate and distribute SAP reports on inventory levels, open orders, and maintenance metrics.
• Assist with system clean-up and data validation projects. PO management.
• Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure SAP system integrity.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, MRO, or maintenance operations.
• Strong proficiency in SAP (preferably in Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), or related modules).
• Knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or supply chain environment.
• Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools in SAP.
• Experience working with temporary or contract teams.
