*Work Settings Skills REQUIRED: Outpatient Clinic/ Urgent Care Center & Internal Medicine
*Endocrine /Metabolic: Blood Glucose Monitoring/Testing
*Professional Knowledge and Skills REQUIRED: Admission of Patient, Follow-up phone calls, Labeling of specimens & Telephone Triage
* Women’s Health: Pap Smear
*Additional Skills REQUIRED: Rooming Patients & Suture Removal
*Certs: BLS
PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
-IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Phlebotomy

-Avg. Daily Census8; Visits/Day: 5; Rooms/Beds: 2
-SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be Offered
-Will Accept 13 Weeks.
-8-HOUR SHIFT: 07:00 – 16:00; Monday – Friday
-Call Requirement: NONE
-Float Requirement: NONE
-Weekend Requirement: NONE
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: follow-up, hospital follow-up, injections, wellness visit, physicals & new patient
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Pap smear & injections

SCHEDULING TYPE: Per Clinic Needs. Monday-Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
CLINIC ORIENTATION: 8 Hours of Clinic Orientation
