Executive Secretary positon supporting Electrophysiology Department Chair., Dr. Francise Marchlinski, MD – Francis E. Marchlinski, MD profile | PennMedicine.org
Average work week will be 45 hours plus, and some weekends are required to support off-site meetings/conferences/symposiums that could be located between NY and Penn. Comp time available for weekend work.

Must have 5 years of executive experience. MS suite and Concur knowledge. Heavy calendar management.
MUST have critical thinking skills, able to work independently, proactive and thrives under high level of expectations.
2 rounds of interview – first with Sr. Program Director, and 2nd interview with Dr. Marchlinksi.

Scheduling of UPenn faculty in the Electrophysiology labs at HUP/VA/ PAH and outpatient areas.
Managing and coordinating all daily Electrophysiology conferencing
Coordinate Electrophysiology Visiting Professors Invitation, visit and payment
Coordinate Electrophysiology Visiting scholar positions/ Observerships/ Post doc position
Managing all the correspondence and feedback to more that 25 Electrophysiology program patient donors who have sponsored or contribute to 12 Development Grants
Maintains the publication data for the EP program and provides all correspondence with academic leadership related to Electrophysiology academic productivity and success
Provides support for Electrophysiology fellowship program
Responsible for Electrophysiology Program Directors academic lecture schedule
