Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)

Stepdown unit from ICU with a wide variety of patient populations serving multiple disciplines.

Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model is utilized on this unit. For every patient there is 1 bedside RN, a Virtual RN, and 1 CNA.

Beside RN and CNA patient ratios are 1:4-5

The virtual nurse works remotely and assists patient with admission, discharge, rounding, education, plans of care, and safety rounds.

Must have AK CNA license in hand for Auto Offer.
If license is pending send as screen.

If candidate does not have AK CNA license, they must have license in hand prior to start. Licensing timeline is 6-8 weeks. To qualify for AK CNA license candidates must hold an active CNA license in another state and have completed a formal CNA training program that can be verified via EDV.
