Secondary location based on need is PennCare for Kids – Phoenixville – Phoenixville Medical Building 1, Suite 100A, 824 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA, 19460
SCHEDULE:
Week 1- 8:30-5pm for training.
Week 2 and going forward: Schedule will rotate and include a requirement to work 1 evening until 7pm – this will be either on a Monday or Tuesday. Only submit candidates who can work Monday/Tuesday evening till 7pm.
1 Saturday shift of 8am-12pm is required 1 time per month and will be at Penn Care for Kids in Phoenixville.
SAMPLE WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday 10am to 7pm
Tuesday 8:30a to 5pm
Wednesday 8:30a to 4:30pm
Thursday 8:30a to 5pm
Friday 8:30a to 5pm
Monday 8:30am to 5pm/ 6pm
Tuesday 8:30a to 5pm
Wednesday 8:30a to 4:30pm
Thursday 10a to 7pm
Friday 8:30a to 5/4pm
RESPONSIBILITIES – Room patients, patient calls, booking appts, other responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE –
1 year
EPIC experience a plus
INTERVIEW – In person interview in Limerick or Phoenixville – will be provided upon interview request.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. Include RTO for duration of contract.
Client only wants to see candidates who can commute within 30 minutes of practice location

After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
