Only candidates who are interested in converting to *** full time should be submitted. The pay rate as a full time Penn Med CMA is approx. ***/hour. To ensure candidates want to convert full time, we ask that the pay rate be capped at ***/hour.

LOCATION: Local candidates only – 440 E Marshall St, West Chester, PA 19380. Only sub candidates that are able to commute within 30 minutes. Must have reliable transportation.
SCHEDULE: Mon-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with 30-minute lunch
RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily responsibilities:?EKG, vital signs, updating chart, rooming patients, answering messages/clinical phone line, assisting with stress test as needed. EPIC experience required. Bilingual candidates will be given first consideration.
About the practice: Large cancer center located in West Chester and aligned with offices in Kennett Square and Exton. It’s a very fast paced environment. MA’s who succeed here are high energy, adaptable, driven, self-motivated, able to take initiative without direction, team oriented, and ready to take 15-20K steps per day. Rewarding work and great team environment.
Screening Questions : should include if they have worked at *** as a temp or full-time employee. Include dates and reason for leaving. Please also ask if your candidate has submitted an application directly to *** and/or if they are currently interviewing with Penn.

TRAINING: 4-hour PennChart on Fridays
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration.?
Screening questions: Is the candidate a former *** employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency?
After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the agency with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. Right to represent should be included in the submission packet.
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72?hours?of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72?hours?are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
