Location: *** Specialty Medicine Valley Forge 1001 Chesterbrook Boulevard Berwyn, PA 19312
IMPORTANT – this is temp to perm. We can only consider candidates who are interested in going perm. The pay rate as a full time Penn Med CMA is approx. *** ***/hour. To ensure candidates want to convert full time, we ask that the pay rate be close to ***/hour.

This location is in Berwyn, PA. Please submit candidates who can get to this location in 30 minutes or less. Traffic is always a factor when commuting in Phila and the suburbs.
IMPORTANT – Work hours will range between 6:45am and 6pm with Tuesday having extended hours until 8pm.
MA must work up until the Physician is completed with all patients. Therefore, they need someone who can stay beyond their end time to finish out the day if/when needed. Schedules are adjusted as needed in cases of shifts worked over 8 hours. The practice manager releases shift schedules 1 week in advance.
The Medical Assistant (MA) assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of high-quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets. The MA provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication.
Looking for candidates who need minimal training and is able to come in and contribute to practice immediately.
Previous EPIC experience preferred.
2 rounds of interviews : 1. Teams 2. In person
TRAINING: 4-hour EMR training Fridays. Virtual.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration.
Screening questions: should include if they have worked at *** as a temp or full-time employee. Include dates and reason for leaving. Please also ask if you candidate has submitted their application directly to *** and/or if they are currently interviewing with Penn.
In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the candidate with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. “Right to represent” should be included in the submission packet.
After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of contract being cancelled.
