TEMP to PERM
LOCATION: Local candidates only – 155 Medical Center Way 2nds Floor Somers Point NJ
SCHEDULE: M-F is 8am-4:30pm with 30-minute lunch
RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily responsibilities: EKG, vital signs, updating chart, rooming patients, answering messages/clinical phone line, assisting with stress test as needed
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: EPIC experience highly preferred.
INTERVIEW DETIALS: Virtual on camera via TEAMS
TRAINING: 4-hour PennChart on Fridays
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration.
Screening questions: Is the candidate a former *** employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency?
After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of contract being cancelled.
