Location: Dallas, TX About the role Runs the execution engine behind the AI learning roadmap — activation, logistics, communications, and tracking.
What you’ll do • Execute the AI learning roadmap and manage work streams
• Run enterprise activation, nudges, and adoption sprints
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and vendor touchpoints
• Track turnout, certification progress, and report on results
Experience:
• 5–8 years program or project management in L&D or transformation • Enterprise-wide rollouts and comms cascades • Prior delivery of an AI, digital, or technology enablement program preferred • Working knowledge of AI tools and the AI Fluency curriculum; able to model the behavior the program is driving
Skills • AI fluency: confident hands-on use of Copilot and GenAI tools in daily work
• Roadmap, workstream, and dependency management
• Learning operations: LMS coordination, scheduling, and vendor management
• Adoption campaign design, nudge strategy, and change communications
• Data literacy: completion, engagement, and certification reporting
• Stakeholder communication across executives, people leaders, and BUs
• Budget, SOW, and vendor tracking
