PLEASE NOTE- This clinic burned in the Palisades fire and is temporarily operating out of 901 Wilshire in Santa Monica. It will reopen at the original location in Pacific Palisades at a later date.

Please ensure clinician is aware of below prior to submitting:
• This position is available for local clinicians only. Candidates must have a local address.
• Traveler is expected to have their own reliable transportation.
