Senior Consultant Strategic Decision Support- Finance
Salary range ***K-110K max
Position can be remote and could include 6-8 days per year on-site. Candidates highly sought from PA/NJ/DE/MD. Employment outside of those 4 states will be through a third party.
Overview: operates as an advisor at the intersection of data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic consulting. The Senior Consultant provides actionable insights that drive decision-making within *** and clarifies complex business issues to recommend solutions. The Senior Consultant will learn and develop skills in hypothesis-based consulting, analytics, and storyboarding. As part of Strategic Decision Support (SDS) within the Data and Analytics (DnA) Center of Excellence, the Consultant is part of a team that aims to blend technical, clinical, and analytical skills to improve outcomes, optimize processes, and drive business growth. The Senior Consultant should demonstrate interest in exploring new ideas and the humility to collaborate often in that effort. The Senior Consultant will support Senior *** leaders and stakeholders on issues of broad importance to ensure timely, relevant analyses that align with business objectives. As such, they must be able to structure, execute, and communicate analytical findings to diverse audiences.
Education
Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
3 years’ experience working with large, complex datasets, conducting data analyses, and generating insights. Proven track record of leading and executing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight (Required)
Interview Process can be 1-2 weeks and include 4-5 teams interviews along with assessment exercise and presentation.
