Requirements:
2 years of ER experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI required
Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, stroke-certified, and STEMI-certified facility preferred
Must be comfortable with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency medications, procedural sedation, ventilated patients, trauma, psych holds, and pediatric emergency care

Parking Options
The WB and CXS permits require annual payment upfront and are not available as monthly permits. The WMC permit is available monthly.
WMC Monthly Permit: 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage — ***/month or *** per 100 days.
WB Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; West Campus WB/WC lots 24/7 with shuttle service — ***/year.
CXS Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; Buckeye CX and West Campus lots 24/7 — ***/year.
WB Parking Details: Parking is available in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, approximately 1.7 miles from OSU Wexner Medical Center. The Pink Shuttle runs every 3–5 minutes during peak times and reaches the medical center in approximately 8–9 minutes. Weekend garage access is available from Friday at 2:00 p.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m. Outside those hours, regular hourly garage rates apply.
Refund Information: Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits. Current and prior months are not refundable. Cancel by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next charge. Refund checks may take 3–5 weeks.
