TEMP TO PERM
IMPORTANT – this contract is Temp to Hire. We can only consider candidates who are interested in converting to staff. To ensure candidates want to convert full time, we ask that the pay rate must not exceed ***/hour. LOCATION: Penn Primary Care Plumsteadville: 5612 Easton Road, Plumsteadville, PA 18949
SCHEDULE: Weekly schedule will include 1 late shift of 12pm-8:30pm, 3 shifts ranging from 7:45am-5:30pm and Saturdays alternating every 4 weeks (hours 8a-12)p; will leave early on Thursdays if working the Saturday to make 40 hours.
A sample schedule would be:

Schedules are available 2 weeks out.
INTERVIEW: TEAMS interview
Position overview:
Patient Service & Scheduling:
Answering patient calls and handling inquiries promptly, following protocols and service standards.
Scheduling appointments (in person or by phone), confirming details, and rescheduling or canceling as needed.
Managing patient arrival and departure activities — collecting copays, obtaining insurance cards, signatures, and referrals, and updating records in the EMR.
Communicating wait times and patient flow to both patients and staff
Financial & Administrative Tasks:
Verifying patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and benefits
Obtaining pre-authorizations, referrals, and coordinating benefits
Regulatory & Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local
Maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
Customer Experience:
Anticipating patient needs and resolving issues promptly
Building positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff
TRAINING: 4 Day EPIC training from Tuesday through Friday, 9-5. New hire must pass assessment at the end of the week. 15-minute HIPAA training module.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION:
Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration. Please highlight is the candidate has EPIC experience – that is a plus for this practice.
After Award Acceptance – COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
Approved RTO must be added to B4Health under candidate profile
In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the agency with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. Right to represent should be included in the submission packet.
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
