NOTE: This position is at an elevated seasonal winter rate*** Effective 4/12, rates will return to standard amounts. Please reach out to the AM for details. Cancelling due to rate change after signature will result in a system DNR.

SCREEN FIRST TIME TRAVELERS
SHIFTS: M-W-F (0900-2130) and T-Th-Sat.(0500-1730) *closed Sundays

ALL HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE SUBMITTED AS PREFERENCES
SCHEDULING REQUESTS DUE TO OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
TRAVEL PAIRS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Weekend REQ: EVERY OTHER, MAY EXCEED TO MEET UNIT NEED, CLOSED SUNDAYS

RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
