Years of experience REQ: 1 year min, recent
Average # of patients/day: 5-7 please confirm during interview
Guaranteed Hours: 30 visits weekly for 40-hour weekly guarantee
ALL charting must be completed by 9a the following morning
Types of Cases: Geriatric
First timers accepted: NO
Certs REQ: BLS
Territory: up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/ office
Locals accepted: Yes, and at travel rate
License in hand
Timely documentation and communication required
Dress Code: Scrubs- any color- NO jeans

Mileage Reimbursed: Yes- at the IRS standard rate
