The occupational therapist evaluates and treats assigned patients referred to Occupational Therapy by their physician. Provides supervision to COTA staff in absence of staff OT.

• Responsible for the evaluation of all patients referred to Occupational Therapy.
• Practices Occupational Therapy consistent with the American Occupational Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Maintains a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the department and the patient.
• Responsible for the preparation and submitting of department reports, ensuring confidentiality of all records, including: Evaluation reports/summaries, discharge reports/summaries, and current progress notes on all patients with the assigned area.

Non-Billable Orientation:  8hrs
OT, Holiday Multipliers:  1.25%
