Description: The Radiology Manager will oversee the operations of the Radiology Department. This will include monitoring and assessing employees’ performance and behavior, creating and implementing schedules, interviewing and hiring of employees, and ensure patient quality and safety. The Radiology Manager is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of radiology equipment, researching and obtaining information on replacement equipment, and communicating with appropriate departments regarding radiologist. This position is a working manager; therefore, the manager is expected to perform the duties of a Radiological Technician when required.
