Description:

The
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will:

• Follow the plan of care as directed by the Registered
  Nurse. 
• Communicate with the patients, team members and
  management in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Apply critical thinking skills and consider
  alternatives in the delivery of patient care. 
• Develop and maintain human care relationships and
  integrate the influence of the human experience of health, illness and/or
  healing. 
• Manage self and resources effectively. 
• Apply leadership skills appropriately. 
• Incorporate teaching in the delivery of care and
  demonstrate competence in health promotion.
• Apply knowledge integration skills for the patient
  populations served within the Inpatient Care Unit.

NOTE:  48HRS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.

For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are REQUIRED to work
TWO of the following: 

Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend
after 

NOTE – Extensions that are requested to END in
November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an
extension at the beginning of 2026

Non-billable orientation: 0hrs
Holiday Multiplier: 1.25%
OT – NO MULTIPLIER – ANY/ALL OT WILL BE WORKED AT REGULAR RATE
