Social Services Practitioner (MSW)Renders clinical psychosocial services to the patients and their families of all ages (neonate to geriatric). Assesses patient?s psychosocial needs and makes referrals to appropriate facilities or community agencies; and provides crisis intervention and bereavement counseling.
