Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00 – 16:30)

LTC LMSW – Spokane, WA

– Start Date: ASAP
– Contract Length: 13 weeks
– Shift: 5x8hr Days (Mon-Fri; Weekends not required)
– Daily Patient Load: 1:50-60 (1:1 patient care and group counseling)
– Years of Experience REQ: At least 1 YR of experience working with geriatrics
– First-Timers Accepted: Yes
– Weekend REQ: No
– Certs REQ: BLS
– Skills REQ: Biopsychosocial assessment, Documentation and Care Planning
– Is on-call REQ? No
– Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
– Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes; Mon-Fri schedule
– Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local” within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
– Pending License Accepted: No (WA license in-hand REQUIRED at time of signature)
– RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
– Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
– Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
– EPIC EMR experience is REQUIRED
– Department Details & Patient Diagnoses: Serving adults 55 and older who are low income, medically complex, have mental dx, behaviors, and/or substance abuse.
