Open 24 hours 7 days a week. Unit is covered with call on holidays. Cases seen as follows: Thoracic, Orthopedic, Neurology, Vascular, Urology, General surgery cases. Higher acuity cases done on this unit. Unit is overseen by Charge nurse and Supervisor.

Holiday Expectations: MUST work 2 major Holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year’s Day AND 1 Minor Holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Year’s Eve
