Registered Nurse – OR

Main OR RN – Rotating shift as needed between 7AM – 5:30PM/9AM – 7:30PM, including on call and weekend requirements.
Must be open to floating to the main MAP ASC and ASC Monroe locations as needed.
BLS required. 10 hours shifts, flex as needed. Must be able to circulate all services, scrub most. Looking for someone centered around urology (cysto), robotics, and orthopedics (joints and spine). For on call and weekend requirements: about 2 call shifts on the weekend and 1-2 call shifts during weekdays in an 8 week block. See call rules below.
ALL TRAVELERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE CALL:
Call rules:
Weekday call shifts are 1730-0700.
If you are toward the beginning of the sign-up list, you must select a Friday until none remain.
Weekend working shifts:
Saturday 0700-1930, 1900-1930, Sunday 0700-1930.
Do not forget to schedule a day off during the week.
IF YOU DO NOT TAKE A DIFFERENT DAY OFF, ONE MAY BE ASSIGNED.
Friday 1900-0730 and Saturday, 1900-0730 Scrub shifts are IHC in ADDITION to your normal hours.
Weekend call shifts are 24 hours 0700-0700, Saturday and Sunday.
Full-time RNs must work: (5) Mondays, (4) Wednesdays, (4) Thursdays, (5) Fridays.
Full-time Scrubs must work (5) Mondays, (4) Wednesdays, (4) Thursdays, (5) Fridays.
Sunday 1900 – 2300 Overtime: There are extra working shifts available on Sundays from 1900-2330 for a nurse/scrub team. This working shift available on a first come, first serve basis for call pay. Please take one per person. After the 1st go around, if there are any left, you may take a second.
RN In-House Facilitator
Saturday and Sundays 8a-1p we will be scheduling an RN facilitator. This shift is voluntary for Overtime.
Please sign up for ONE shift on your turn to sign up. If there are any remaining, we will go around again.
PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE YOURSELF MORE THAN 16 HOURS CONSECUTIVELY IN HOUSE!
