Weekend Requirement: N/A
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Years of experience REQ: 2 years required.

Certs REQ: BLS

Locals accepted: Yes – locals only. Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
Pending License accepted: No
Special Requirements: Seasonally requires flexible hours (June 7a-4p; 10/1/25-12/1/25 6a-4p), may require travel off site to CCH satellite clinics
