Will position float between units: Yes per unit needs

What are expected ratios? 1:1, 1:2, 1:4
Special requirements: This is a LDRP position. The nurse is required to care for both baby and mom in all phases of OB care. We use Epic. NRP is required. Flexing to other units to assist with tasks all nurses can perform.
